1. Services Provided

License4host provides automated, shared licensing solutions for hosting control panels and enterprise software. By using our system, you acknowledge that our services are designed for optimization and server management efficiency.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass our licensing API, reverse-engineering our binaries, or sharing access credentials with unauthorized third parties. Any attempt to disrupt our licensing nodes will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

3. Payments & Billing

We operate on a pre-paid wallet system. Deposits made via bKash, Cryptomus, or other payment gateways are non-refundable once the credit has been used to activate a license. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure their IP address is compatible before purchase.

4. Service Uptime

While we strive for 100% uptime, License4host is not responsible for interruptions caused by upstream software vendors (e.g., cPanel, LiteSpeed) or global network outages. We maintain multiple redundant nodes to minimize any potential downtime.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts without notice if we detect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms. All active licenses associated with a terminated account will be deactivated immediately.
